Additionally, you must keep your ‘HLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation‘ up to date every 12 months. Both courses fulfil the requirements of many workplaces. If you are working in an education or care settings such as a childcare or school your first aid requirements are similar. The certificate required is called ‘HLTAID012 Provide First Aid in an education and care setting ‘ and is renewed every 3 years.
